Privacy policy
This policy explains how FINCA LOMA VERDE, S.L. processes the personal data of people who visit this store, buy from it, subscribe to our newsletter or write to us. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD) apply.

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects, nor do we build profiles that produce significant effects on data subjects. Data is collected from the data subject and only what is adequate, relevant and not excessive for each purpose.
Recipients
We share data only with those we need to in order to provide the service:
- Shopify International Ltd. / Shopify Inc., provider of the e-commerce platform and store hosting, acting as data processor.
- Correos and, where applicable, other logistics operators, so your order can be delivered.
- Payment institutions and payment gateways, to process payment.
- Tax and accounting advisers and IT service providers, acting as data processors.
- Public authorities and courts, where there is a legal obligation.
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
International transfers
Some of our technology providers, such as Shopify, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision, together with any additional safeguards required.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to info@fincalomaverde.es or to the postal address above, proving your identity. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission over HTTPS and restricted access to information.
Minors
This store is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
