Slow-grown birds from the Sierra de Grazalema

Finca Loma Verde raises capons and poulards in Algodonales, in the heart of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. They are slow-growing birds that spend their lives outdoors, among olive and holm oak trees, and reach the table with the firm meat and marbled fat that only time can give.

We work in campaigns and in limited quantities: each batch is reserved in advance and delivered on the date you choose. This page holds everything that has passed through the shop, from the Christmas capon to the preserves available all year round.
